I have owned TVS Star City Plus for around 2 years and I haven't faced a single problem with the performance. The best part about it is that it has a good mileage of 83 kmpl, which is the highest in this price range.It comes with a 110-cc engine, giving it enough torque to ride smoothly on rough and tough terrain.
